The WebScheduler runs on a server or workstation in your network which is assigned a public IP address.  Then all you need to do is provide a link from a page in your existing website or even just provide the IP address directly to your customers.

You can assign one or more logins to each customer as desired, so that customers can manage their own appointments for aircraft and/or instructors.   Any changes show up immediately in TotalFBO®.
